GET ON BOARD THE BUS, AND LEARN ABOUT LIFE IN THE STRATOSPHERE
If you live in or near Sheffield, free on the 25th of this September, and curious about life in the stratosphere, then you are in luck!
As part of the Mobile University event, organized by the University of Sheffield, Scientists will be climbing on board a vintage bus to deliver talks about their work, in a fun way that makes the talks easy to follow by people from all sorts of educational backgrounds.
Tareq Omairi, one of Professor Wainwright’s PhD students, will be discussing with the audience what we do in our lab, and share images and information about our latest exiting discoveries. Attendance is free for everyone, and you can collect your tickets to be sure of entry between 9.30am-10.50am each morning. The bus will be parked in Barker’s Pool on the first day (Friday 25th of September).
